Due to the unique nature of our artwork, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
All our artworks are carefully checked and packaged to protect the artwork and ensure safe delivery. When you sign for your delivery please check to see if there has been any damage straight away. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please contact us immediately. To be eligible for free repair, you must first contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods through our contact form or email@example.com to alert us of the damage.
A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you, so you can return the damaged item at no cost. We will send an estimated date of repair and notify you when the artwork is shipped to you at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address entered for an order.
